The YMCA of Greater Richmond offers over 500 group exercise classes each week. From yoga to step to indoor cycling, we have something for adults of every age and fitness level as well as medically-based classes.
All classes are open to any level. Beginner to advance modifications are provided for every class. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are 60 minutes.
Please bring a towel and water in a closed container to all classes. For your personal safety and consideration of others, do not arrive late to any class.
