The Y offers medically-based classes for many conditions including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, cardiac rehab, cancer, conditions involving chronic pain and more. All of our branches are open to populations with special needs.
PARKINSON'S EXERCISE CLASSParticipants in this exercise class for people living with Parkinson's will engage in activities to maximize general range of motion and balance. Light weight training, free exercises, and balance training will be used to facilitate activities of daily living. Some abdominal work may be included.
