FALL INTO FITNESS The YMCA of Greater Richmond wants you to be active this fall. Fall into Fitness is an interactive program that promotes activity, so beginning October 26th and running for four weeks we want you to be active three times per week for four weeks. You can walk in your neighborhood, garden, play with your kids, and many other activities. Participants will record their activity and have a chance to win great prizes.
The YMCA is so committed to making Richmond a more active community, that we are opening our facilities for free for the entire 4 week program of Fall into Fitness.
